What is deleted
Your authentication account, customer notifications, custom-song questionnaire responses, revision notes, custom audio files, and personal profile information are removed. Access to purchased music and private projects ends immediately.
Limited records we retain
Payment and transaction records may be retained in anonymized form when reasonably required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, or other legal obligations. They are no longer connected to your sign-in.

If you cannot sign in, email joseph@josephsapps.com from the address on the account and ask for account deletion.
