License grant
After full payment, Joseph S Apps, LLC grants the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to synchronize the selected song recording and its underlying composition with up to three original organic social-media videos published by the one creator account or channel identified at checkout. The license includes access to the purchased full-resolution WAV.
Eligible platforms and monetization
The licensed videos may be posted to the named creator’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts. Ordinary platform or channel monetization is permitted. The license remains valid for the licensed posts while the customer complies with these terms.
Uses not included
This license does not cover paid advertising, boosted posts, sponsored or branded content, client work, business promotions, podcasts, film or television, games, apps, political content, sensitive-industry advertising, more than three videos, or use by another account. Those uses require separate written commercial permission.
Ownership and restrictions
Ownership of the song, composition, master recording, and artwork does not transfer. The customer may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, remix, sample, upload the audio as a standalone release, claim authorship, or register the song or licensed video in any Content ID or similar rights-management system.
Platform claims
Automated platform claims can occur even when a valid license exists. The customer should retain the order receipt and license information and contact support with the affected video URL and claim details. This license does not override a platform’s independent terms or content rules.
Termination and refunds
The license may be terminated for material breach, including unauthorized redistribution or use outside the licensed scope. All digital music and license purchases are final except where required by law. Termination for breach does not create a refund right.
