We collect checkout contact details, verified account identity, questionnaire responses, creative notes, order and payment references, audio metadata, approvals, revision requests, downloads, and audit events needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to fulfill orders, match customers to their projects, communicate project updates, secure private files, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Sensitive questionnaire details are not placed in email bodies.
Payments and service providers
Payment is processed by Stripe. Authentication, hosting, storage, and transactional email providers process limited information under their respective terms. Full payment-card data is not stored by Your Custom Songz.
Private audio and retention
Customer audio is stored privately and accessed through authorization-checked routes or expiring links. Records and files are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, audit, legal, and backup purposes, subject to the owner’s final retention policy.
Your choices and security
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support. No system is perfectly secure, but the service uses server-side authorization, private storage, verified payment events, audit logs, and minimized data exposure.
