Your Custom Songz provides manually managed songwriting and audio-production services. By placing an order, you confirm that the supplied information is accurate, that you have authority to share it, and that you accept the package and revision policy shown at checkout.
Original work and references
References are used for high-level creative direction only. The final work will be original and will not copy lyrics, melodies, recordings, or a living artist’s exact style. Customers must not submit material they lack permission to use.
Samples, approvals, and revisions
A sample approval authorizes the studio to finish the song in the approved direction. Change requests must explain the requested result. The included revision policy is configurable and shown at checkout and in the customer portal.
Delivery and acceptable use
Private samples and deliverables may be accessed only by authorized customers and studio administrators. Customers may not attempt to access other orders, share restricted links, upload malicious files, or misuse the service.
Refunds, timing, and liability
Custom creative work and delivery timing depend on the brief, revision activity, and event deadlines. The owner must publish a final cancellation and refund policy before launch. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
